Normal segmentation is maintained.
At L2/L3 and L3/L4-No disc bulge or nerve compression is seen. There is mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L3/L4 indenting but not compressing the thecal sac.
At L4/L5- Grade 1 (almost grade 2) anterolisthesis secondary to chronic bilateral pars defects with no acute marrow oedema. This combined with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is mildly impinging both traversing l5 nerve roots, with no overt compression. There is mild Left L4 and severe right L4 foraminal stenosis.
At L5/S1-Generalised circumferential posterior disc bulge with no lateral recess or exit foramen nerve compression. No paraspinal abnormality is seen. There is mild central stenosis at this level.
