There is minimal degeneration of the L2/L3 disc. At the anterior superior corners of L2/L3 there is nucleus polpusus invagination into the vertebral body. This is more prominent at L3 with minimal associated oedema undercutting it. The findings are consistent with a limbus vertebrae.
