Spine Week 11 Case 1

• There appears to be a completecord transection of the C3/C4 level with prominent intra-dural adhesions. The cord appears normal down to the superior endplate of C3, but is grossly atrophied at C4 and C5 and appears relatively normal distal to the superior endplate of C6. No abnormality is seen at the craniocervical junction or the upper thoracic canal.
