• There is mild anterolisthesis of C7 on T1 in keeping with a previous hyperflexion injury, with evidence of bilateral perched facets. There appears to have been some fusion across the right sided facet joint. Partial, medial fusion is noted across the left-sided facet joint. Widening of the C7/T1 interspinous space is evident. Apparent slender bridging osteophytes are noted at the both sides of the disc space anteriorly, more substantial on the left side.
