• There is focal oedema-like signal and soft tissue oedema around the right C7 and C8 nerve roots which are indistinct in keeping with previous injury.
• There is fluid signal noted in the right T1 neural foramina with non-visualisation of nerve root fibres suggest avulsion injury of right T1 nerve root with a small pseudomeningocele.
• There is associated slight intramedullary hyperintensity noted within the right half of the cervical cord extending from C3-C6 vertebral levels suggestive of residual myelomalacia changes.
