History: 33 years old – surveillance imaging.
Findings: At C4/C5 there is a right hemicord expansile cystic intramedullary lesion, with a small eccentric enhancing nodule.
Further tiny enhancing nodules are visible at T1 and T10/T11 levels, and there is a large cystic intramedullary lesion that involves the conus which also demonstrates nodular enhancement.
There has been previous posterior fossa surgery, and mutliple enhancing posterior fossa lesions remain, with a large left cerebellar hemisphere cyst.
Note is made of mutlicystic appearances of the right kidney and of the pancreas.
Opinion: Multiple haemangiolbastomas in the setting of von Hippel Lindau syndrome.
