• Both rods are intact. There may be slight anterior displacement of the upper end of the T6-T9cage with no evidence of union with the adjacent vertebral body. There is also no evidence of distal union. All of the screws also appear satisfactory apart from the third right-sided pedicle screw which is clearly loose.
