• Multiple intradural lesions are seen within in the spinal canal at L1, L2 and L4 levels, T2 hypointense, T1 isointense and avidly enhancing. The largest is ~14 mm with more heterogeneous signal at L1 level and displaces the conus to the right with splaying/displacement of the cauda equina nerve roots.
• A further lesion is seen at the right L3-4 neural foramen, more T2 hyperintense, with suggestion of expansion/remodelling of the neural foramen and extendinginto into the ipsilateral psoas muscle.
• These lesions are most likely to represent multiple nerve sheath tumours.
