• Plain Pelvis xray shows asymmetric subchondral sclerosis of the SIJs, more prominent along the iliac side of left SIJ.
• On MRI, There is subchondral low SI of both SIJs, more prominent on the left along marrow edema along the iliac side of left SIJ.
• The findings are in keeping with osteitis condensans ilii
