• There is marrow infiltration of the posterior aspect of the vertebral with extension into the pedicle and transverse process. There is a slender extra osseous component just lateral to the vertebral body as well. The lesion also shows very bright stir signal. Differentials include metastases or multiple myeloma. A CT GA biopsy is recommended.
