• There is bony expansion of the sacrum with loss of the normal trabeculation pattern accentuating the underlying fatty marrow. There is thickened trabeculae scattered throughout the sacrum but there is maintained fatty marrow signal throughout.
• No non fatty lesion or extra osseous mass is seen.
• There is further ankylosis through the SIJ’s as well.
• The imaging findings are consistent with uncomplicated Pagets disease.
