• There is reversal of the normal cervical lordosis with multilevel mild-to-moderate degenerative disc disease and minor disc bulges between C3-C7. There are touching the ventral surface of the cord but not causing any cord compression and no intrinsic cord signal abnormality is demonstrated.
• Satisfactory appearances at the craniocervical junction and in the upper thoracic canal. There is no significant foraminal stenosis, but generalised swelling of the cervical nerve roots s bilaterally is noted raising the possibility of an underlying primary neurological condition such as NF1 or polyneuropathy.
• left T1/T2 peri-neural cyst with a smaller lesion seen on the right side. Marrow signal is satisfactory and facet alignment is normal.
