• Relative preservation of the normal cervical lordosis. Vertebral body alignment is maintained. There is multilevel spondylotic change most evident at C4/5 and C5/6 with posterior disc osteophyte bars with suggestion of spondylotic myelopathy.
• C3/4: Minor right paracentral disc osteophyte bar indenting the thecal without overt neural compromise.
• C4/5: There is a prominent posterior disc osteophyte bar which results in fairly severe canal stenosis with ventral molding of the cord. There is moderately severe bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.
• C5/6: There is a prominent disc osteophyte bar resulting in fairly severe canal stenosis with ventral molding of the cord and near complete obstruction of CSF signal. There is severe bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.
• C6/7: Mild posterior disc osteophyte bar resulting in mild canal stenosis and moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.
