• At L4/5 there is mild right L4 foraminal narrowing resulting from focal foraminal disc protrusion. No other significant canal or foraminal narrowing.
• There is partial fusion of sacroiliac joints bilaterally, right more than left. However there is no evidence of active sacroilitis.
• IMPRESSION: Right L4 irritation in the foramen. Bilateral SIJ partial fusion but no active changes
