• There is further marrow oedema and subtle cystic change at the iliac side adjacent to the anterosuperior SI joints bilaterally,worse on the right. Incidental midline sacral tarlov cysts are of no concern.
• Normal appearances of the spinal canal and cord, the latter retains normal signal throughout. There is no evidence of bone sarcoma or pathological bone signal abnormality.
• Conclusion: Liekly reactive/psoarisis related SIJ inflammatory changes, worse on the right.
