• There is an area of low T1, high T2 and bright stir signal within S4-S5 centrally consistent with a solid lesion.
• There is adjacent presacral oedema. The interval S4/S5disc not eroded with no bony expansion or bone destruction. The findings are most likely in keeping with a notochord remanent. Recommend a 6 month to 1 year follow up scan
