• There are lesions at multiple levels demonstrating some preserved fat and extending into the neural arches suggestive of haemangioma. A dominant haemangioma in the mid thoracic region demonstrates extradural extension with a draped curtain appearance and polka dot trabeculation pattern with appearances in keeping with an atypical haemangioma.
