• There is a heterogenous T1 and T2 hyperintense round lesion within the right neck strap muscles. It is arising directly from the adjacent C7 Transverse process with a central chondral matrix and outer cartilage cap which has no concerning features. The overall appearances favour an osteochondroma and a CT is recommended for further characterisation.
