• There is a lytic lesion within the vertebral body which shows quite convincing areas of low T1 and T2 signal. The CT component shows multiple internal sclerotic septae throughout giving a somewhat ‘soap bubble,’ appearance which when combined with the relative young age of the patient (35) is characteristic for a GCT. The MRI does show subtle fluid levels consistent with secondary ABC change.
