• Evidence of previous surgery with now a prominent extraskeletal mass over the upper right thoracic spinous processes. It shows heterogenous signal throughout but there is preservation of the discs with lack of vertebral body destruction. The findings are non specific but could well represent extra skeletal ewings sarcoma given the young age of the patient.
