• There are multiple low T1 and multiple low T2 signal lesions throughout the spine. They are not overtly avid on stir, but there is a suggestion of a ‘halo rim sign,’-bright T2/FS rim on one of the lesions. This is all most likely in keeping with osteoblastic metastases, with prostate cancer being the most likely cause.
