• There is a minor Chiari I malformation. The cord is tethered but otherwise appears normal with no evidence of a syrinx. There is sacral spina bifida occulta with expansion of the distal thecal sac and partial right sacral agenesis, but no discrete lipoma is identified. The remainder of the spinal column appears unremarkable.
